Top 5 Medical Apps on Android in Latin America Q3 2021

In the third quarter of 2021, the top five medical apps on the Android platform in Latin America demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active user trends. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a snapshot of the region's most popular medical applications.

Meu SUS Digital saw a substantial increase in both weekly downloads and active users. Downloads peaked at approximately 991K in the week of August 30, following a steady rise from late July. Active users mirrored this trend, reaching around 2.4M in the same week.

Vibe Saúde experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, with a high of about 126K in mid-July. Active users also showed variability, peaking at roughly 201K in the week of July 19 before gradually declining to about 141K by the end of September.

CUIDAR COVID-19 ARGENTINA had a notable download rate early in the quarter, with around 92K downloads in the week of July 5. However, this number steadily decreased to approximately 21K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at about 985K and dropping to around 433K over the quarter.

e-saudeSP showed a significant spike in downloads in late August, reaching about 162K. The app's active user base also increased, peaking at roughly 220K around the same period.

Farmacias del Ahorro maintained a steady download rate, with a peak of approximately 36K in mid-August. The number of active users rose steadily, reaching around 83K by the end of the quarter.
